In this modern day of combative arts, it is very difficult to find the purveyors of a practical martial arts system. Not only does Sifu Militano represent a reputable lineage, he brings out the best in his students that continue to represent him. When I was searching for a Sifu, I was looking for an actual practitioner who represented his art with conviction. I found that in Sifu Militano. If you want to experience what Wing Chun is without the politics and see how a system of practical Kung Fu works, leave your ego at the door and train with a Master.
Sifu Michael Militano is a well experienced instructor.
Check it out for yourself but remember, you need to have patience.
Sifu does not hide behind fancy titles and just wants every one of his students to do WORK. He does not need to advertise his teachings as 'combat', 'tactical', or 'survival' based because those that have studied under him knows that he's an expert and a master at what he does! His attention to detail provides a strong foundation to build upon and the training atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. He is very attentive to the student needs, takes the time to answer everyone's questions and works with them personally giving tips/making corrections.
I highly recommended anyone interested in Wing Chun join Sifu's school; you'll receive training from the best instructor in NYC.
